In address to the esteemed Leto Thule, I do not understand the jurisdictional grievance concerning J-Space. There are established precedents of the C&P court reaching into J-space.
I will need to see additional evidence to understand the grounds of this argument (or a poster of Mortlake in a bikini, which would do nicely as well).
Now, I think there is some evidence which has not been thoroughly examined.
1) Beeves is a word. We all thought it wasn't, but it is. Tengu and I looked it up. Beeves us what we have here, between the defendant and plaintiff.
2) Just as in the great scrotumite heist of 2015, there is a likelihood that nothing is what it seems it's not. We must define all beeves and handle beeves in the order in which they are or are not received, at the discretion of the court.
3) Holeysheet has cool face piercings, but me and him aren't tight.
4)We must confirm that no dreadnoughts were falsified in this J-space event in order to be certain this isn't a related crime to the great scrotumite heist of 2015.
5)Justice can only be served when we get a collective war dec against a guilty party.
6) Whoever is making that slapping noise, please stop.
We must find a guilty party.
Leto, please stop undressing me with your eyes.
As a preferred investigator, thank you for allowing me to serve the court once again.

I'm not sure what word you were using, but autocorrect changed it to "valued" and totally changed the meaning of that last sentence.
Might be worth the edit... It's kind of unclear.
In my opinion, Justice doesn't miscarry in the C&P forum. It delivers.
